Front Range Village Retail is a new multi-tenant, multi-building project in Fort Collins. 3 Consulting Engineers coordinated utilities and loads necessary for the future tenant finishes. The core and shell MEP systems designed provide the backbone needed for future tenant flexibility. This includes HVAC, power, water, waste and grease waste.
