Horizons North Credit Union

Horizons North Credit Union is currently building a new two-story, 14,300 square foot, office and banking building located in Westminster. In addition to the credit union, the building includes common lobby spaces and three (3) tenant spaces for future occupants.3 Consulting Engineers is proud to be a part of this beautiful building design.

The HVAC system included two (2) 25-tons of VAV rooftop units with built-in flexibility for future tenants. The lighting has been carefully selected and design to provide an energy efficient and comfortable design for the occupants.
