Design Challenge: New Multi-Tenant Office Buildings
TAIVA Offices is a new multi-tenant, multi-building project in Westminster. 3 Consulting Engineers coordinated utilities and loads necessary for the future tenant finishes. The core and shell MEP systems designed provide the backbone needed for future tenant flexibility. This includes HVAC, power, water, waste and gas.
These buildings have upscale finishes and are a flexible alternative to the standard office design. 3 Consulting Engineers is in the process of designing the new tenant finish drawings for each new user.
