Design Challenge: Renovation of an Existing Office Building
Thrive Workplace is a coworking space offering communal amenities, offices and conference rooms for multiple companies within the same facility. This project did not have any existing drawings to reference during the design. 3 Consulting Engineers visited the site multiple times to survey the existing conditions available for re-use.
3 Consulting Engineers’s MEP design provided a code compliant set meeting the owner’s design and budget. This design was produced and permitted without a single comment from the building department or RFI from the contractor.
