Design Challenge: New Construction 13-story Apartment and Retail Building
The new, 13-story mixed-use, apartment and retail building will occupy approximately 200,000 square foot in the heart of Denver’s RINO district.
The new high-rise building will include parking, retail, fitness and common areas along with 11-stories of apartments and a rooftop patio level, boasting incredible views of the city and mountains.
3 Consulting Engineers will be working closely with Pappas Architecture to provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems that will make this place a desirable place to work and live for years to come.
