3CE is and engineering firm formed by professionals who saw where the industry was going and wanted to make a market correction. Our team consists of Principals and Engineers. 3CE’s Principals believe in sound engineering practices, timely responses and professional work ethic.
When we reach out to clients, the feedback we hear time and time again is that typical engineers don’t respond properly. Either they aren’t paying attention to the project details or they aren’t responding in a timely manner. 3CE will not be the “typical” engineer. We work hard at focusing on the details and our response time. No one likes to be ignored.
As the principals of the firm, we are fully committed to you, your project and your schedule. We have every reason to be the best engineers you’ve ever worked with and we intend to prove it.
3 Consulting Engineers has a deep knowledge of the building codes and the equipment needed to meet your building needs, but also your budget. With our wealth of project experience, 3CE can tackle any hurdle.
We invite you to contact us anytime to discuss your project’s Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing needs. Our goal is to consult you through your options, solve your problems, but not change your mind.
We are small, but have big ideas. We are experienced, but always listen first. We are fast, but accurate.
Chad started his career in the electrical trade right out of high school at age 18. He values his apprenticeship and the hands-on learning experience it affords him every day. It forced him to grow up fast; there were no excuses on the jobsite. He learned the value of hard work, both physically and mentally and worked his way through college right here in Denver.
As his electrical career progressed, Chad was asked to spearhead the Design-Build engineering department for Productive Electric, LLC. That was 1998, and it’s been a whirlwind ever since. Being the department head, Chad oversaw all aspects of the project. They included, but were not limited to, electrical engineering, estimating, purchasing, project management, client relations and construction.
Chad is honored to have engineered and constructed hundreds of projects across the Rocky Mountain and Intermountain West regions from surgery centers, retail town centers, office remodels to countless tenant improvements. This vast experience enables him to design a complete electrical system that meets the client’s needs every time and on budget.
Chad’s core values are honesty, integrity and accountability. He is a 5th generation Coloradoan and 3rd generation electrician and is proud to still hold his electrical licenses.

Bruce is a Mechanical Engineer with over a decade of design and project managerial experience and is currently licensed as a professional engineer in 17 states.
After completing his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, he turned his Co-Op job at Pratt & Whitney Canada into a full time position.
After 18 months in the aerospace industry, Bruce saw an opening in the mechanical design and construction industry in Las Vegas, Nevada. Continuing with that same company, he moved to New Orleans, Louisiana to work on post-Katrina rebuilds.
With the Denver market booming, in 2010 he took a chance on a city he’d never visited prior to moving and hasn’t looked back.
Bruce’s construction engineering experience covers Plumbing and HVAC design. He has designed and managed hundreds of projects ranging from 1,500 square foot retail tenants to 300,000 square foot multi-level facilities, complete with office, restaurant, entertainment and living spaces. At 3CE, Bruce’s focus is on the plumbing engineering department.
Building a family and company, Bruce has turned Denver into his new home. Although he keeps a close watch on his favorite hockey team, the Montreal Canadiens, he’s proud to be a Colorado resident.
